Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call preferably between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, in order to schedule appointments.

Visiting Our Office

When arriving at The Oregon Clinic, please inform our receptionist of your arrival before being seated. Please give the receptionist your insurance card(s) and photo identification. Please complete forms as accurately as possible when prompted by our staff.
Patients are scheduled for many reasons and may be seeing a provider other than yours. Please be patient as others may be called ahead of you. These patients may be seeing one of the Nurses, Technicians, or the Phlebotomist. This will not, in any way, interfere with appointments scheduled with your Provider.
Voicemail messages are checked regularly. For any voicemail left, please do not forget to include your name, date of birth, phone number, and reason for calling.
We have a prescription refill line for you to leave a message regarding medications refills. Please do not leave refill requests on your Nurse's voicemail. Please leave your name, phone number, the name of the medication, dosage, and pharmacy name and phone number. We cannot refill medication requests when only a prescription number is left. Any refill messages before 3:00pm will be addressed that business day before 6:00pm. Any left after 3:00pm will be handled the next business day.
Please do not leave sick messages or questions regarding dosages or instructions on the refill line. Please speak to one of our knowledgeable receptionists and they will handle your needs appropriately.
